Shaina is always motivational, making her workouts fun as well as challenging, and she uses new techniques along with different props. Shaina is encouraging, always smiling, and an amazing instructor! Every class I learn something new or get challenged with a completely different concept. I have learned so much about my body and how to move with it. I am more mindful of how I move, and this has carried over to my other life activities.

I feel so much stronger after the challenge…and that’s what it was, a challenge! I’m proud of myself for pushing through and the hard work I put in for myself! First time doing Shaina’s workouts as I was referred by a friend… and I loved it. I enjoyed the mix of workouts, that the workouts were different times so you could pick a different one if you were short on time.
The support you get from Shaina is amazing but I love the accountability… I found myself logging it to see who worked out each day and their thoughts on the workout.

Before I was worried that I was not strong enough to complete the workouts...but now I feel so much stronger and proud of myself for pushing through. I like the variety of workouts. I was stuck just doing a couple workouts over and over. I wasn’t challenging myself with a better variety so the challenge got me out of my comfort zone!

Thanks so much for the summer strength challenge, Shaina!  I loved it.  The workouts were so great as usual and I really appreciated the wellness challenges each week.  I thought that I did quite well with eating protein, veggies and drinking water but through being more deliberate about these through the challenges, I learned that I can make some big improvements.  I think more about these simple but important ways to improve my overall wellness everyday now - so thank you!

I’ve had the pleasure of attending Shaina's classes "in person" at her studio and now online. She has a way of keeping you motivated and engaged throughout the class. Prior to starting Shaina’s online fitness classes, I struggled with ever thinking I’d like at-home fitness classes.  How would I keep motivated?  How would I make sure I was doing the moves right?  Well, Shaina’s classes changed my approach to fitness.  I stay motivated because she is so engaging and I feel I’m doing the moves right because she teaches us during the classes...all without taking a long break!  I’m sweaty and happy at the end and I’ve found a way to make Pilates a part of my everyday.  I never thought of myself as a morning fitness person and now I do her classes first thing before anyone else is up in my house and it’s suddenly become a habit that I don’t want to ever give up.  Shaina, thank you for coming into my home and teaching me Pilates...
