Barre blends Pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movements to tighten, strengthen, and lengthen the entire body. With fun, upbeat music, this energizing class uses the ballet barre, light weights, balls, & bands to work the entire body. We’ll challenge balance, build core strength, and improve all-over muscle tone. Small, precise movements, mindful movement, & proper posture create a long, lean physique!
