Total Body Barre
Barre blends Pilates & ballet-inspired movements to tighten, strengthen, and lengthen the entire body. With fun, upbeat music, this energizing class uses the ballet barre, light weights, balls, & bands to work the entire body. We’ll challenge balance, build core strength, and improve all-over muscle tone. Small, precise movements, mindful movement, & proper posture create a long, lean physique!
This is a power-packed, metabolism-boosting class that will work EVERY muscle! We’ll sculpt & tone at the barre, & firm up with resistance bands, balls, hand weights, sliders, & fitness circles! Cardio intervals away from the barre keep your heart pumping the entire time. Core toning on the mat finishes this killer workout!
Pilates is all about core strength, balancing the muscles, and improving posture – while getting a great workout! This class targets the deep muscles of the abdominals and back to create lean, strong muscles. Working on the mat with light weights and small equipment, Pilates uses small, precise movements and controlled breathing to tone and lengthen the entire body.

All payments are due prior to attending a class.
Class passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
What do I need to wear? Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. All classes are done in either bare feet or grippy socks.
What do I need to bring? A Pilates mat if possible, and grippy socks if you have them.
Where is the entrance to the studio? The entrance is around the back of the house. You can walk right in.
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, Cheque, or Interact Transfer. Etransfers can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cheques can be made out to Shaina Falcone.
Where do I park? In the driveway, or in front of the house on the street.
I have never tried Pilates. Can I make it through a class? I can tailor exercises to accommodate to people of all fitness levels. And remember, sometimes it take a few tries to become comfortable with something new!
I am pre/post natal. Can I take the classes? I am a certified Pre and Post Natal Specialist, so as long as your doctor clears you for exercise, I’ve got you covered! I can design modifications for the pregnant or post-baby body!
