Green Mango Smoothie


This is my go-to green smoothie! It’s smooth, creamy, and a touch fruity. Plus, it’s packed with vitamins, protein and fiber. I drink it for lunch or in the morning to fuel me for the day.

Start by crushing 4-5 ice cubes in your blender.

Then add:

1 frozen banana (pre-sliced)
1 big handful of spinach (about a cup)
1/2 cup of diced, ripe mango
1/4 cup avocado (I usually just chop the top off a big avaocado, peel it, and throw it in)
1 heaping teaspoon of almond or natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon ground flax
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop Vega vanilla protein powder
1 cup of almond milk

Blend it up and enjoy! This makes about 2 cups-ish of smoothie. It keeps well in the fridge, so if you can’t drink it all at once, you can save some for later.
