One of the best ways to cut sneaky fats and calories from your diet is to stop using store bought salad dressings. This homemade one is extra healthy, creamy, and can be used as a dip or a dressing. I also love the fact that the dressing going onto my veggies is full of veggies. It’s like a salad, on a salad. A 2 for 1 salad. A veggie explosion. I am way too excited about this.
In a food processor, pulse until smooth:
1 clove of garlic
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup water
Juice of half a lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt n pepper to taste
You can add more olive oil if you want a thinner dressing. Delish!
